What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Montgomery and Chester County Pennsylvania.
How do I book?
Complete the Booking Inquiry form. We will contact you 24-48 hours to confirm your theme and date availability. Next, we will send you the contract and invoice to sign. A $100 security deposit will be due at that time to hold the date via Venmo, CashApp or Cash. The party total is due no later than 7 days prior to the party date along with final headcount. Your security deposit will be returned within 7 days following the party once all items have been inspected.
If you do not have a final headcount when booking, it is best to provide the potential maximum as we cannot guarantee additional items for your theme will available as we get closer to the date. There will be no penalty for decreasing the number before 7 days prior. We do require no less than 4 tents to book.
What is your rental period?
24 hours. An additional night may be added for an extra charge per tent.
What is your cancellation policy?
Security deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable if the party is cancelled within the date indicated in the agreement.
How are your items cleaned?
All sheets and pillow covers are cleaned in hypoallergenic detergents free of perfumes and dyes. Accessories and mattresses are cleaned with disinfectants.
How much space do you require?
Each tent and twin air mattress are 4.5 ft by 6 ft. Please ensure you have enough space for the number of tents you are requesting prior to booking. We do not move furniture. Space must be cleared prior to our arrival and ready for setup.
What do guests need to bring?
We provide sheets and one blanket along with decorative pillows. All guests should bring their own pillow for cleanliness and an extra blanket if they like more than one!
Are pets permitted?
We love pets! We just kindly ask that you keep them off the mattresses and bedding.
Can guests eat food in the tent?
Water and dry snacks are fine. We ask that no beverages with color be used while on the beds. Additionally, any items that could cause damage such as nail polish, arts/crafts, makeup, slime etc.
Can we set up outside?
Our tents are for indoor use only.
FAQ - Spa Parties
How do I book?

Do you have a party minimum?
Yes, you must have 6 guests or pay the minimum rate for 6.
Do you provide hosts?
Not at this time. Our Spa Party offerings take the stress out of shopping for all the supplies, setup and breakdown so your guests can have a unique and at-home Spa Party experience, and the host can enjoy the day!
What products do you use?
The products provided are nail polish and a face mask which is vegan and paraben free. Also, our nail dryers do not use UV light.

FAQ - Balloons
How do I book?

A 50% deposit will be due at that time to hold the date via Venmo, CashApp or Cash. The balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the party date.
Do you have a minimum order?
We only have an order minimum for deliveries which is $200. This can include items bundled from our other offerings. If you do not meet the minimum, there is a delivery charge of $25 up to 10 miles from 19475. Each mile after that is $4. If installation is needed, that is charged at 10% of the balloon order total.
What is a Grab & Go Garland?
These garlands are made to order, ready for pickup & installation by YOU! We will provide instructions and supplies for hanging.
What are your balloons made out of?
Our balloons are of higher quality than the balloons you find in kits online or at stores which allows them to last longer. We use the highest quality, 100% biodegradable, natural rubber latex.
How long do the balloons last?
Many factors impact the life of the balloons. This includes if they are indoor, outdoor, environmental factors (heat, wind, rain etc.), surfaces, and properly handling. We use hi-float which will increase the life of the balloon however balloons may pop or shrink sooner than anticipated for various reasons outside our control. We will replace balloons that pop during our transportation to you or during our setup.

How do I book?

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, minimum order requirement of $150 before tax & delivery. The items we offer are those shown on the menu, we do not take custom cake orders at this time. There is no minimum if booked with a Spa or Slumber Party for the same date/delivery.
Do you offer gluten free?
We would love to offer it but unfortunately it is not safe. Since we use gluten elsewhere in our kitchen, if we were to use gluten free flour, we couldn't truly call our flourless items gluten-free. All surfaces and equipment are washed and sanitized between uses, but ultimately, we do not want you or your loved ones to get sick due to a gluten allergy. We suggest you visit a completely allergen-free baker.
What if I have an allergy?
If you have a life-threatening allergy, we advise you to hire a baker who has a dedicated allergen-free kitchen!!
Our products may contain eggs, corn, gluten and milk. While none of our products contain nuts, the facility in which the products are made is not nut-free or flour free facility. I use and keep a wide range of items in my kitchen, which include nuts and shellfish. I do keep such items in containers to help reduce the risk of contact with other items. With this note, please be aware that I cannot be responsible for any allergic reactions.
